Gideon Constantine also known as Gideon Flynn, is one of the Pandemonium waiter, an occult detective. He is also the son of John Constantine and Anne Marie Flynn, brother of Sam and Mason Constantine.

- Magic: Gideon is highly skilled in the dark arts and exorcist. He has accumulated vast knowledge of magic and the occult. He has vast knowledge of words and phrases of multiple ancient languages, such as Latin, which he will usually chant while performing certain rituals or incantations. Many incantations give him the ability to affect physical forces, the inner workings of mechanisms, and the movements of others, allowing him to move objects and control their motion and momentum with the proper incantation.
- Telekinesis: Gideon is able to move objects with his mind and can pin others against a wall.
- Exorcism: Gideon can exorcise spirits that are demonic or ghostly in origin from their hosts by chanting incantations.
- Oclumancy: Erased a man's memories of any trace himself, or mind-controlled a police officer to release him from jail.
- Summoning: Gideon can summon various entities and even control them.
- Pyrokinesis: Gideon can create and manipulate fire.
- Astral projection: Gideon is able to separate his soul from his body to travel to the astral world.
- Interdimensional travel: Gideon knows many different rituals that can allow him to travel to Heaven, Hell or other places of existence.
- Invisibility: Gideon can turn himself invisible.
- Teleportation: Gideon could teleport himself short distances.
- Magic circles: Gideon uses magic circles that can be used for rituals, as boundaries, or traps for certain creatures.

- Occult knowledge: Gideon has acquired extensive knowledge of the supernatural.
- Skilled detective: Gideon has an analytic mind and is a proficient detective, specializing in paranormal investigation.
- Multilingual: Gideon can perform spells in Turkish, Pachto, Egyptian and Hittite so it can be presumed he knows the languages fluently. He showed that he spoke German, Russian and Polish fluently..

- Bag: Gideon has a bag of items that he may need for his investigations. Some items he carries in the bag are: holy water, holy oil, salt, goofer dust, hand of glory, a police scanner, EMF meter, duct tape, lighter and hex bags.
- Magic coin: Gideon possesses a charmed coin that is both a tracking device and a listening device.
- Tarot cards: Gideon carries a deck of fortune-telling cards, each card holding a meaning.
